Welcome to Paddington Works
The Lord Mayor of Westminster, Councillor Lyndsey Hall, officially opened Paddington Works on 30 October. A new state of the art enterprise space in the heart of Paddington, Paddington Works aims to accommodate over 200 creative start-ups, entrepreneurs and small businesses. The space includes over 27 co-working and office spaces, complemented by six edit suites, an 80-person auditorium featuring a 4K laser projector, meeting and training rooms.
Private studios are available for two to 30 people, including ergonomic sit-stand desks and chairs designed to improve physical health and productivity.
Paddington Works is offering 10 bursaries for creative businesses run by Westminster residents. Successful applicants will receive three months of co-working space (one hot desk per business) from January 2019, 24/7 access to facilities, locker access, cycle parking and special rates on meeting rooms and edit suites.
To apply for a bursary, businesses must be owned and operated by a Westminster resident and have a creative industry focus.
Five of the ten bursaries will be awarded to businesses owned by young entrepreneurs from Westminster, in which applicants must be aged 25 or under at the start of 2019 and the owner and operator of the business.
