Remodelling and extension of Enstar House, 163-173 Praed Street, Paddington

Enstar Capital invites you to view proposals for the remodelling and extension of Enstar House, 163-173 Praed Street, Paddington on Friday 3 March from 2pm-8pm at the Hilton London Paddington, 146 Praed Street, W2 1EE.

Enstar are developing proposals to remodel Enstar House, on the corner of Praed Street and London Street, to provide additional, high-quality office space, improved internal layouts and attractive new facades. Working with MATT Architecture, they are creating a contemporary design, with two additional storeys of employment space, which will complement the streetscape while reflecting Paddington’s history and setting within the Bayswater Conservation Area.

The scheme will also include improvements to the ground floor retail units next to the LU Circle and District Line station, plus the reconfiguration of the ground floor layout to create a new office entrance.

The development team will be on-hand to answer any questions at the exhibition. Views are sought on the proposals before Enstar make a planning application to Westminster City Council.
