Little Venice Canalside - Public Realm Improvements
In July 2024 Westminster City Council launched the Paddington Green and Little Venice Canalside Public Realm Improvements project with the ambition of creating safer, more accessible, and greener public spaces. Throughout September and October 2024, the Council carried out initial community engagement walks to understand experiences and aspirations for the spaces. The Council has now launched further consultation and engagement around ideas and options, which can be read below.

Proposals for Stone Wharf, Rembrandt Gardens and Porteus Road Subway
View the proposals for Rembrandt Gardens, Stone Wharf and the Porteus Road subway, which include measures to upgrade accessibility, lighting, public art, wayfinding and play.

Paddington Green public realm proposals
The Council has also released proposals for consultation on Paddington Green and St Mary's Churchyard, including the underpass below Harrow Road between Paddington Green and Merchant Square.
