New lunchtime offerings at Merchant Square
A new menu of tasty lunchtime treats has arrived at Merchant Square, with a tempting selection of street food on offer.
Every Monday to Thursday you will be able to tuck into Chinese comfort food, freshly baked pizzas, Mediterranean wraps and skewers and spicy Mexican snacks.
For a taste of the East; the Rice Guys draw on traditional Chinese recipes and add their own unique twist to create unique and memorable dishes. If you're looking for Mediterranean flavours, Rolling Dough’s wood-fired pizzas may provide the answer. With their ovens fired to 500oC, you can have a freshly made pizza served to you in just 90 seconds. Alternatively, Kalimera is bringing an early hint of summer to the Square, with delicious halloumi and lamb wraps, salad boxes and cheese croquettes. If your taste buds are looking for a hint of spice, try Hola Guacamole for grilled chicken, pork pibil, mouth-watering steaks, fresh guacamole and salsa.
With so many enticing options, the only question is what to try first.
The market will be open from 11:30am – 3pm and discounts will be available to NHS employees with photo ID.
