Merchant Square Movies return for a summer of al fresco film
Prepare for a summer of cinema classics as Merchant Square bring back their open-air film series for the summer. Enjoy a few hours escaping into the movies with the canal by your side. No booking is required – simply turn up 15 minutes before the film begins and find a spot.
Deckchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis, or you might prefer to bring a picnic blanket and settle down on the grass for an evening of al-fresco film. Street food traders will be offering up tasty dishes, or bring your own picnic.

- Wednesday 21 August - La La Land (12A)
- Wednesday 28 August - Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (PG)
- Wednesday 4 September - Notting Hill (15)
- Wednesday 11 September - Kung Fu Panda (PG)
