Introducing the Brunel Building
Work is underway on the Brunel Building, a 243,000 sq ft office space spanning 15 column-free floors. Inspired by the work of the engineering mastermind behind Paddington Station, Isambard Kingdom Brunel, architects Fletcher Priest have designed this stunning new addition to the canalside, for developers Derwent London.
Set to be completed in 2019, the Brunel Building creates new step-free canalside access from Bishop's Bridge Road and North Wharf Road, providing continuous towpath from the head of Paddington Basin, facing Paddington Station and the forthcoming Elizabeth Line.
The Brunel Building's upper floors feature two terraces, with spectacular views across London.
