Lovers of Paddington’s Beany Green, Darcie and May will be delighted by Bondi Green, the new flagship restaurant of the Daisy Green collection.
Occupying the ground floor of Derwent London’s Brunel Building, Bondi Green has brought in a host of collaborators to share the foodie love, including Nicola Lamb, one of the founders of Puff, to set up their new in-house bakery.
Accompanying the Aussie favourites that typify Daisy Green’s signature brunch and dinner dishes, comes a new Sunday Lunch that will make hearts flutter. Bondi Green brings together 45-day dry aged roast beef and prime English lamb from family butcher HG Walter, corn fed whole chickens and a fermented mushroom vegan wellington, topped off with gravy made over five days and freshly baked Yorkshires.
Double-height windows provide a perfect canalside setting, with plenty of heated outdoor seating available for bubble compliance.
